Exclusive-Ukraine to restart oil flows via Druzhba on Wednesday afternoon, source says

KYIV, April 21 (Reuters) - Ukraine will resume ‌pumping oil through ‌the Druzhba pipeline on Wednesday ​afternoon, an industry source told Reuters, as Kyiv seeks to ‌unlock ⁠a 90 billion euro EU loan ⁠it urgently needs.

"Oil pumping is scheduled ​to begin ​tomorrow ​at lunchtime," the ‌source said, adding that Hungarian oil firm MOL had made the first transit application. "MOL ‌has already ​submitted requests ​for ​the first ‌volumes, which will go ​in ​equal proportions to Hungary and Slovakia."
